By ensuring a reasonable level of working capital is always maintained, this has enabled us to build a contingency facility to cover any shortfalls or life’s unexpected challenges.
Hands-off management is what we promise and damages are no exception. Of course we handle this with help from our excellent maintenance team - but we also overcome this by taking a security deposit on every booking, and by having our own public liability & professional indemnity insurances in place for complete protection.
